About Us
Established in 2018, Simply Chic Consignment Boutique is Bonavista's first and only Consignment Boutique. We are a locally owned and operated small business.
We accept clothing, accessories, and footwear on a consignment basis. Currently we have over 650 consignors throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.
Our store is located in the heart of Bonavista, at 13 Church Street. We are open year round with extended hours during the Summer season.
With new inventory hitting the racks every day, you are sure to find something!

Meet the Owner
Receiving hand-me-downs as a child, Crystal knew then that she loved preloved clothing. “ The excitement of receiving someone else's preloved items as a child, is one of my favorite memories".
In later years, Crystal moved to Edmonton and every weekend she would go thrifting visiting her favorite consignment stores. “It’s like a rush when you come across a really good find”. Years later, Crystal moved back home to Bonavista, and because of her love of fashion, she knew that she wanted to work with clothing while being able to give back to the Community.
In 2018, her plans were put into motion, when her and her husband, Jamie, opened Bonavista's very first Consignment Store. Consignment in Bonavista is a new concept and it took a while for our locals to get the hang of it, but people now have a good sense how it all works.
This year marks Simply Chic Consignment Boutique's fifth year in business!.
"I love what we do! It never feels like a job to me, because I love clothes and I love fashion. Getting to meet new people and see what items they have to place on consignment is really quite exciting. What's even more exciting is when someone comes in and finds something they really love and cannot leave without. Bonavista is very limited on places to buy clothing. It's a challenge to find specific brands unless you travel or order it online. With consignment though, you are not limited, because you have a variety of brand names and styles to choose from".
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide quality affordable clothing for men, women, and children at a fraction of retail cost while providing exceptional customer service to our consignors and customers. We want to put money back into the pockets of the people of our Communities while eliminating textiles from our landfills.
